These plain-English terms explain the current PTG Snapshot, website preview, launch and care process. Final project terms, payment details and scope are confirmed before launch.
Website preview
A website preview is prepared privately so you can judge the direction first. Seeing a preview does not commit you to launch, and no launch payment is due before preview approval.
Approval and payment
If you want to launch, PTG confirms the final quote, scope, payment request and care terms before the site goes live. Current public pricing can change if extra work is requested or agreed.
Domains and DNS
Client domains stay client-owned. PTG can guide DNS connection or help connect the site once access or details are confirmed. Email-related DNS records must not be changed without explicit review and approval.
Content and legal wording
The client must approve business details, services, images, contact routes, footer details and legal wording before launch. PTG can place approved legal/footer content but does not provide legal advice.
Care
Website care covers agreed hosting support, small updates, basic checks and one monthly blog post request for launched PTG websites. Extra work, larger changes or new growth pages are scoped separately.

Client access is for active PTG care/project clients with an access code. If access is not set up yet, email websites@parallelgroup.uk.
